Off to Scotland

Well, in two days I will be on my way to the Isle of Skye. I am so thankful to the Lord for His provision and to my wife and family who have been so encouraging and supportive of this "circuit rider" experience that I am being led to.

Though I have been to Scotland twice, I do not really know what to expect in many ways: daily routine, expectations of the five churches I will work in, what kind of food I will be eating, housing accomodations, etc. I will have a car...praise the Lord.

I want to have many opportunities to share the Gospel of Jesus Christ, to disciple, to encourage, to counsel.

Please pray for commitment to the task.

Got your card and so glad to hear God is going to use you there just as He has used you here. I will be praying the Col. scripture for you daily as you asked. I pray the funeral went well and the gospel went forth. I will write you a long letter soon. You are missed greatly here on the "homefront." Betty Ward
